Who are the people behind 4CARDS...?!

In April 2006 I started 4CARDS. I love to design birth announcements, wedding invitations and other cards as it is always for a very special occassion. People trust such an important card to you which is very special to me.
Because I did not want to rush too much from daycare or creche to work I decided I'd better have a job at home. This is an ideal way to combine the care of my son Sjors (Oct 05) and daughter Manouk (Feb 08) and work. I work during days, evenings and weekends, so you can expect an e-mail from me anytime.

Besides her job as a photographer Neerle Amrein has started her own line of children's clothes and accessoires. In this collection unique items are made of recylced textile and textile with very special prints.For 4CARDS she combines photography with textile and her love for cool prints and nostalgia.
Yvonne Zomerdijk | Serie Yvonne Zomerdijk
Yvonne Zomerdijk has a degree in graphic design. After over 10 years of working experience in advertising, she started painting since 2003. Themes are based on the Dutch landscape: beach, meadows, water, cows and coast. The subject of her paintings are very much exaggerated. They all tell their own story. Fat figures with no face expression fill the complete canvas.
Yvonne Zomerdijk lives with her boyfriend, son and dog in Beverwijk, where she also has her painting studio.
Lonneke Furst | Serie Fiederelsje
Since five years Lonneke Furst is dedicated to painting and illustrating, mostly with mixed materials. After many positive responses postcards were made too.
The paintings are all very happy and bright. Fiederelsje is a central person in the collection. The collection got extended by others like; Bartje, Kaatje and Sammie the dog. All with LONG LEGS!
